What does JABAR+ do?+
Architecture and interiors with a complete project, from preliminary study to construction drawings, and follow-up through to the finished build. Residential projects (new houses, renovations and apartments), healthcare projects such as clinics and practices, and real estate products for developers.
Where does the studio work?+
We have offices in Salvador and Brasília. We also work across the Salvador Metropolitan Region, the North Coast and inland Bahia, Goiás, São Paulo and Porto Alegre, as well as projects abroad.
Do you renovate, or build new?+
Both, residential and commercial: renovations of houses and apartments, houses built from the ground up and healthcare spaces such as clinics, including compliance with technical standards and approvals with the authorities.
How do I know what the build will cost?+
It's the first question we answer, not the last. In the listening stage we present a budget forecast, and the planner breaks the investment down by build stage before anything is specified.
How can I hire you?+
Project; Project + Advisory, with cost map, negotiation and purchasing, store visits and site visits; and Project + Administration, which also includes site coordination, schedule and financial management (in Salvador and its Metropolitan Region; other regions on request).
