The stages
01 · Listening
Before the first line, everything starts by listening to you.
In this conversation we understand your needs, the context and how much the build can cost, and we present a budget forecast. Setting this before specifying anything is what guides every decision afterward.
02 · Concept
Your ideas take shape.
Concept, layout and massing developed with you. The preliminary study already carries the logic that runs through to the construction drawings: each idea is proposed with its execution and its result in mind.
03 · Coordination
When the project requires it
Every part, in tune.
We coordinate the engineering projects and their compatibility with the architecture, so that everything fits in the drawings and in the approvals with the authorities.
04 · Detailing
Technical rigor, a singular result.
A complete construction set: every item is specified and every joint between pieces is solved on paper before it reaches the site. It's in the detail that architecture becomes unique and the build runs without rework.
05 · Follow-up
Present at every stage.
Site visits and visits to partner stores, quality control reports, schedule, quote comparison, supplier negotiation, contractor coordination and financial management. All recorded in the client dashboard, so you can follow every step transparently.

Store visits
We choose furniture and finishes together, up close, with our partner suppliers. You see, touch and decide with confidence.
Site visits and construction diary
Quality control reports and a record of each stage in the construction diary. You know what happened, when and why.

Schedule
